It is not suitable for containers that are rigidly connected to machines and equipment that generate pulsating loads directly through pipelines. Supporting forms such as skirts should be selected to avoid vibration. If the calculation proves that there is no problem, it is not subject to this restriction.

The function of automobile hydraulic leg is to provide a larger supporting span for the crane when working without increasing the width of the crane, so as to improve the lifting characteristics of the crane without reducing the mobility of the crane. There are two types of leg failures: mechanical parts and hydraulic systems.

Common faults of outrigger hydraulic system:

1) oil leakage. The reason is that the joint is loose and should be searched and tightened. If the seal is damaged, it should be replaced. Pipe cracks should be replaced or welded.

2) the outrigger fails to retract and release. The bi-directional hydraulic lock is out of order, and the plunger inside the lock is stuck. It must be removed, installed and adjusted. Plunger wear serious, should be replaced with a new hydraulic lock.

3) support leg automatically retracts when lifting weight. There are two reasons: one is the two-way hydraulic lock in the one-way valve sealing bad, should be removed for maintenance, after cleaning the installation, adjustment. Second, the internal leakage of the hydraulic cylinder, the piston must be removed to check the seal, replace the new seal can be re-installed.
